System Overview
1. Open the Inventory Module
From the top-left corner of the screen, click the ⠿ App Launcher (9-dots icon).
In the drop-down menu, click “Inventory” to open the Inventory module.
2. Go to Products
In the Inventory dashboard, locate the “Products” menu on the top navigation bar.
Click “Products”, then select “Products” again from the drop-down.
This will open a list of all existing products.
3. Fill in Basic Product Information
Product Name: Enter the product’s name.
Visibility: Check (make visible) or uncheck (hide) the product for Sales, Point of Sale, and Purchase.
3. Under the “General Information” Tab
Product Type: Select either Goods or Service.
Sales Price: Set the product’s sales price.
Sales Tax: Add the applicable sales tax for the product.
Cost (Purchasing Price): Set the cost of the product.
Purchase Tax: Add the applicable purchase tax.
Product Category: Select the appropriate product category.
Reference: Enter a unique identifier for the product.
Barcode: Add a barcode if available.
